Edible flowers add a pop of vibrant color and brilliant flavors to otherwise average dishes. Learn to identify, grow, harvest, and cook with edible flowers in this hands-on class with chef + farmer Michelle Aronson, of the Farmbelly Cooking School. In this class you will learn and make the following:

Tips + tricks for incorporating flowers into your dishes

Hands-on recipe: Candied Edible Flowers
Hands-on recipe: Garden Spring Rolls with Edible Flowers
Hands-on recipe: Farmers’ Market Salad with Chive Blossom Vinaigrette and Edible Flower garnish
This class includes all materials, recipe packet, farm fresh snacks and a glass of wine from Muni.
